Carah Katz, a senior at Long Reach High School, is Editor-in-Chief for The Lightning Flash. Among other things, she is the founder of the school’s Creative Writing Club and an intern at the Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Laboratory. After high school, she plans to attend Loyola University Maryland as a student of the Honors College and later specialize in cognitive science.
