Sam Kohnen, a junior at Long Reach High School, is a staff writer for the Lightning Flash. He enjoys writing, cinematography, and photography. Sam plans to attend NYU after graduating from LRHS and pursue a career in journalism or cinema, working as a director/journalist for Vice News documentaries and short films. He is interested in the world around him and loves both learning and sharing information with those around him whether it be through his writing or visuals.
