His success doesn’t stop there; he also brought Americans one of the funniest films in the form of the Rush Hour trilogy with Chris Tucker and the beloved The Karate Kid films, including the modern 2010 favorite The Karate Kid starring Jaden Smith.

Chan is renowned for performing his own stunts and has directed many of the movies he is featured in.

As a child, he attended a very strict boarding school that trained students for Jingxi. From the age 7 to 17, he studied acrobatics, singing, martial arts, and mime skills that launched him into a position with a professional tumbling troupe.

In addition to all of this, Chan pursued a music career in Hong Kong in which he released multiple original albums beginning in 1984, one being Ok I Love You.

Chan’s career has reached people all around the globe to inspire fans from all different cultures.
